Channeling Kelly Ripa with Physique 57

Back in May I shared the workout DVDs using the Lotte Burke method of Pilate's. Then in June, I purchased the 3-DVD set from Physique 57™ NYC. This is the studio where Kelly Rippa works out! Erin Fetherston gives a short commentary about the program on the DVD as well.

This workout is the ADVANCED version of the Lotte Burke DVD series.

Well, I recently received an email from Physique 57 announcing its official launch of the DVDs, so I had to share (wanted them to be in stock for certain before I shared, so you can purchase them!)

Visit physique57.com/shop to view excerpts from each DVD, and place your order today! Physique 57 DVDs are also available to purchase at all three New York studio locations. Physique 57 master instructors Tanya Becker and Shelly Knight lead the workout.

Let me know what you think if you get them!

This work out almost made me cry is brutal, and I workout all the time. It is so intense that I look as though I jumped in the shower afterwards. Interestingly enough, however, you are energized!

Just jump in and do as many tasks as you can in the next seven days. We will all reveal our completed projects on Next Wednesday, October 15th.

I like it how you give us tips on all aspects of trendiness. Being fit and healthy is one of them. You know what... I used to be an aerobics instructor. Right here in Paris.

I'll soon be posting about the award you so kindly gave me. My vacation on the French Riviera ends tomorrow. Then I'll be at my own comfy computer;)

Susu, you should give some tips about working out! French women are so thin, just like yourself! (you fit right in!) I run, so I'm so stiff that these workout help. I'm still looking for better leg and hip stretches; some days I feel 100-years of age! haha
I hope you had a great vacation!

Thanks Gina. I don't know how you do it, you're amazing. When I get home from work, I'm just dead, all I can really do is go running to relax. That, and take care of my ill bunny (that's a pleasure though). I'll try to do some projects, I bought more supplies today (hah!) ah, lunch time, where would I be without it!

Sounds like a tough workout!! I've always thought it would be interesting to try Pilates, maybe one of these days I'll give it a try.

I'm so glad you like this background, it looks lovely on your blog! If you change your blogger template to "Minima" it will fit a little better, and my tag will be out of your way! Your currently using the "Thisaway" template.

Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving such sweet comments!

thanks for stopping by my blog.
come visit anytime.
moi, i like to meditate and work out at the same time. sneakers, ipod and a high rise stairwell are my current drug of choice.
46 stories x 3 is 138 flights of stairs.
it really is better than a shrink or mood elevating pills.

I have it, and oh my goodness, she is intense! No wonder Kelly is in such great shape! I have not been a regular with it, but as it is getting so cold and my runs outside are getting numbered, you may have convinced me to pull out and get back to it!

Thanks Karen, I'll try to work on that this weekend. You have the cutest backgrounds.
