Alice in Wonderland!

I love going to the theater! The whole preparation process: mani/pedi, choosing {sometimes that involves shopping of course!} an outfit; I always wish that I had more time to prepare, but its fun nonetheless.

Friday we went to see Alice in Wonderland.  It was really a cute play, I was surprised how many young children were in it; the little girl playing the mouse couldn't have been more than 3-years old.

My outfit was a last minute pick.  I've only worn it once in the entire 8-years I have owned it {to see Nutcracker in NYC}.  Since my closet, and 'staging room' has all the fall clothes out pulled out and the summer clothes being put away. (Edgar just asked me this morning 'how he could help get all those clothes put away') {oh dear....} (TODAY I complete this project!  That is my goal!) I'm very excited about 'shopping my closet' again.

So when I saw this Tracy Allen dress, I decided to wear it.  I spent so much time styling it that I neglected my hair, and by the time we took pictures, the cute little updo that I had done sans clips and pins had fallen out.  (outfit was much cuter with an updo).

I'm excited for the movie to come out in 2010!

Thank you so much, I couldn't agree more; one MUST dress for the theater! I don't want to be critical, but there were lovely women there wearing ... faded jeans...they could have been sooo perfect all dressed up! It just makes me sad.

Susu, I saw your post this morning! Your information was so interesting. I love Hello Kitty too! And I so agree that a friend is one of the most precious gifts we can have.
